The Centre culturel des Fosses d'Enfer presents Tisser les brèches, an exhibition devoted to Fabienne Houzé-Ricard. Born in Brittany, Fabienne Houzé-Ricard has been developing a body of work for over twenty years that is profoundly linked to landscapes, natural cycles and the living environment.

Her work, which combines painting, drawing, sewing and installation, revolves around the motifs of the nest and the bird. These forms, both organic and symbolic, become metaphors for anchoring, memory, boundaries and the fragility of balance. Through layers, accumulations and repeated gestures, the artist explores the tensions between protection and threat, gentleness and conflict, giving rise to a sensitive, cross-disciplinary body of work.

With Tisser les brèches, visitors are invited to enter a world where living things, their forms and fragility, become food for thought and poetry. This sensitive journey will be inaugurated at the vernissage on 30 April at 6pm, a special opportunity to meet the artist and discover his work at close quarters with the materials, rhythms and resonances that run through it.
