On Friday 2 October 2026 at 8.30 pm, Le Normandy cinema in Thury-Harcourt-le-Hom is hosting a film screening and discussion evening centred on the documentary “Levures Indigènes”, attended by its director, Justine Saint-Lô.
The film follows a season in the life of Beatriz Papamija, a committed and passionate winemaker in the Loire Valley, and highlights the role of indigenous yeasts in the production of natural wines.
