    Founded in the Manche in 2018 by David Le Monnier, the Barokentin ensemble, composed of flute, violin, cello and harpsichord, is delighted to enhance its seventh musical season with a Concert in the church of Saint Martin de Sallen on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

    Drawing on the experience of 38 concerts already given, the ensemble?s aim is always to make people appreciate the beautiful pages of
    baroque music, as well as discovering composers who were very famous during their lifetime,
    but unjustly overlooked by today?s audiences.

    In the spotlight this year are sonatas, trio sonatas and harpsichord pieces by Georg Friedrich Handel, Michel Corrette, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Élisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre, François Francoeur, Johann Sebastian Bach, François Couperin and Georg Philipp Telemann.
    With Faustine Nondier (flute), Jean-Baptiste Bernuit (violin), Jet Planken (cello) and David Le Monnier (harpsichord).
