  • Caty BANNEVILLE, born in 1952 in the Manche region of France, currently lives in Normandy Switzerland.

    At the School of Fine Arts in Caen from 1969 to 1972, she learned the technique of weaving. She began her career as an artist with tapestry and textile sculpture.

    A three-year stay in the Marquesas Islands in 1987 marked a major turning point, from then on she devoted herself essentially to painting.

    Nature is the source of her painting.
